1. Instant Electronic Delivery
The five workflow kits sold by MoPo's AI Shop are digital files delivered electronically. After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email. No physical items are shipped.
2. How to Download
Download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Most files are provided in plain-text or PDF format so they work across devices and AI assistants. Save your files promptly, as access links may expire after a reasonable period.
3. Personal License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workflows and resources for your own business or personal projects. You may use them across your own devices and accounts.
4. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, repackage, or create derivative products from our workflows and resources for resale. You may not use automated tools to scrape or mass-download our catalog. Violation of these restrictions may result in revoked access without refund.
5. File Compatibility
Our workflows are designed to work with major AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar generative models. Results depend on the AI model you use, your inputs, and how you adapt each workflow to your situation.
6. Support

7. Refunds
Because the kits are digital and delivered electronically, kit sales are generally final. If a file is broken or does not match its description, you may request a refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
